We collect various types of information, including Personal Information like Name, Contact details (email address, phone number, mailing address), Company/Organization name (for organizational clients)
Payment details (if applicable).
We may collect data specific to the services you engage us for, including Location data for the deployment of our security services, Nature of the security service (e.g., patrol, detection), Schedule and duration of services
Incident reports or findings during service execution.

Also, Website/Online Interaction like IP address, Browser type and version, Cookies and usage data for analytical purposes.


2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and manage the requested security services

  • Communicate with you regarding your service request, including scheduling, billing, and updates

  • Improve our services and respond to feedback or inquiries

  • Ensure safety and security in delivering services

  • Comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, if necessary


Law Enforcement/Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to legal requests, such as subpoenas, court orders, or to protect our rights, property, and safety.
Business Transfers: If our company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping Policy

  • a) Shipping Methods:

    • We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping, through trusted carriers such as DHL.

  • b) Shipping Locations:

    • We currently ship to addresses within India only (Contact for outside Shipping). We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • c) Shipping Charges:

    • Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight of the items, delivery location, and selected shipping method. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Policy

  • a) Delivery Timeframe:

    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Standard delivery times typically range from 7-10 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping options may reduce delivery times to 2-3 business days.

  • b) Order Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is confirmed. 

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order. You can also track your order through our website by entering your order number.
4. Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, customs processing (for international orders), or carrier-related issues. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5-6 days of delivery to report the issue. We will investigate and either replace the damaged/missing items or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. International Shipping
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.

2. Services Provided
PDC India offers specialized security services to individuals and organizations. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Tracker Dogs: For locating individuals or items.

  • Patrol Dogs: For security patrols and surveillance.

  • Explosive and Narcotics Detection Dogs: For identifying explosives and illicit substances.

  • Cadaver Detection Dogs: For detecting human remains.

3. Service Eligibility
To engage our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during service registration.

  • Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Service Requests and Scheduling

  • Service Requests: You may request our services via our website, email, or phone. A confirmation will be provided once your request is accepted.

  • Scheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred dates and times. However, availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services in case of emergencies or other unforeseen events.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees: All fees for services will be agreed upon prior to the service being rendered. Fees are subject to change based on the scope of the service and additional factors such as duration and specific requirements.

  • Payment: Payments must be made by the specified due date, which may be outlined in the service contract or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or cancellation.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed only if a service is canceled by us, or as outlined in the service agreement.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation Policy

  • a) Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Before Service Begins: If you wish to cancel your service request, please notify us as soon as possible.

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: You will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of [Insert Percentage or Amount] may apply.

    • Ongoing Services: For long-term or recurring services, you may cancel by providing [Insert Number] days' written notice. Services already rendered will be charged accordingly.

  • b) Company-Initiated Cancellations:

    • In the event that PDC India needs to cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, staff shortages, extreme weather), you will be offered the option to reschedule the service or receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds: Full refunds are available if the service is canceled by PDC India or if the client cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Partial Refunds: If a service is partially completed before cancellation, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of the service that has been delivered.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services or deposits may be non-refundable, which will be clearly indicated in the service agreement or during the service booking process.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [Insert Number] business days after approval and will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Charges
Administrative or Processing Fees: Any administrative, setup, or processing fees incurred are non-refundable, even in the case of a full-service cancellation.
